L’inadéquation de ma configuration actuelle (1) par rapport aux exigences de la version 3.1.3 de mon Folionet en matière de remasterisation d’archives documentaires numérisées s’étant confirmée dans le sens de l’infaisabilité tout au long de la mise au point (depuis le 04/11/2025) du sous-module (interne) de pré-audit correspondant, je vous informe de la nécessité d’interrompre (et de reporter à une date ultérieure encore indéterminée) le développement au format applicatif (= avec RapidWeaver) de ce dernier, dans la mesure où la finalisation conceptuellement concluante de cette partie de la solution de Master-franchise web est entièrement dépendante de la disponibilité d’un "Folio Server Bêta" intégralement dédié et opérationnel.

Ce qui signifie également que je reprends dès à présent mes travaux de maintenance des contenus existants (côtés front-end et back-end), et ce jusqu’au règlement effectif du contentieux en cours d’instruction via Télérecours (2 à 4), considérant par ailleurs que:

la mise en oeuvre systémique des spécifications de mon Masterfolio® de référence (5 & 6), sous la forme d’un service universel (conceptuellement unifié = intégré) de Master-franchise web certifié opérationnel (7), implique une réparation préalable des préjudices portés à la (re)connaissance de la justice,

…à plus forte raison que l’objectif de tout ce télétravail de recherche en développement sociétal durable n'est pas non plus de rester bêta-bloqués - dans une authentique impasse structurelle - sur de tels constats d’insuffisance de moyens (8) pour cause d’excès de pouvoir d’ingérence sauvage abusivement caractérisé.

Considering that the inadequacy of my current configuration (1) with regard to the requirements of version 3.1.3 of my Folionet for remastering digitized document archives has been confirmed as unfeasible throughout the development of the corresponding (internal) pre-audit sub-module (in progress since 2025-11-04), I am informing you of the need to interrupt (and postpone until further notice) the RapidWeaver-based development of the latter, as the conceptually conclusive completion of this part of the Master-franchising web solution is entirely dependent on the availability of a fully dedicated and operational "Folio Server Beta".

This also means that I am resuming my maintenance work on existing (frontend and backend) content with immediate effect, until the dispute currently under investigation via Télérecours (2 to 4) has been effectively settled, considering further that:

the systemic implementation of the specifications of my Masterfolio® of reference (5 & 6), in the form of a conceptually unified - i.e. integrated - Master-franchising web service universally certified as operational (7), requires prior financial compensation for the total situational damage brought to the attention of the courts,

…all the more so as the primary purpose of all this web research into sustainable societal development is not either to remain stuck in the confirmation of a genuine structural impasse on such observations of insufficient resources (8) due to excessive and abusively characterized (sectarian) interference.

In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass die Unzulänglichkeit meiner aktuellen Konfiguration (1) hinsichtlich der Anforderungen der Version 3.1.3 meines Folionet für die Aufarbeitung und Weiterverwertung digitalisierter Dokumentenarchive während der Entwicklung des entsprechenden (internen) Vorprüfungs-Submoduls (seit 04/11/2025) als undurchführbar bestätigt wurde, muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass die RapidWeaver-gestützte Entwicklung des Letzteren aus dem Grund unterbrochen (und bis auf Weiteres verschoben) werden muss, weil die konzeptuell schlüssige Fertigstellung dieses Teils der Master-Franchise-gestützten Netzwerklösung vollständig von der Verfügbarkeit eines ganzheitlich dedizierten und betriebsbereiten „Folio Server Beta” abhängt.

Dies bedeutet auch, dass ich meine Wartungsarbeiten an bestehenden (Frontend- und Backend-) Inhalten mit sofortiger Wirkung wieder aufnehme, und zwar bis zur effektiven und endgültigen Beilegung des derzeit über Télérecours (2 bis 4) untersuchten Rechtsstreits, wobei außerdem berücksichtigt werden muss:

dass die systemische Implementierung der Spezifika meines Referenz-Masterfolios® (5 & 6), in der Form eines konzeptuell einheitlichen - bzw. integrierten - Web-gestützten Master-Franchise-Dienst, der universell als funktionsfähig zertifiziert ist (7), eine vorherige finanzielle Entschädigung für den gesamten situativen Schaden erfordert, der den Gerichten zur Kenntnis gebracht wurde,

…zumal der Hauptzweck all dieser Web-Forschung zur nachhaltigen Gesellschaftsentwicklung auch nicht darin besteht, aufgrund übermäßiger und missbräuchlich charakterisierter (sektiererischer) Einmischung bei solchen Beobachtungen unzureichender Ressourcen (8) in der „Feststellungssackgasse" blockiert zu bleiben.
