Since the rationale underlying a conceptualized website is that it must be internationalized in order to be usable everywhere, and considering that English is the official language of the internet, all discussions lists are primarily sorted by linguistic category, and accordingly intended for English- (1), French- (2), and German-speaking (3) target audiences.
